  1. Is there the right level of strategic clarity in terms of Mission and Vision shared by Management and employees at all levels?
  2. Can we say that we have the right people (skills) in the right place (organizational structure) and the appropriate processes to meet strategic needs?
  3. Can we say we have an organizational culture that supports profitable and sustainable growth?
